Why consult?
Everyone goes through challenging times when the support of a therapeutic space can be profoundly helpful.
You might consider seeking therapy if you experience any of the following:

Stress, anxiety, or recurring worries that affect your daily life.

Life transitions such as separation, grief, career change, parenthood, or welcoming a child.

Depressive symptoms such as loss of motivation, emotional fatigue, or a sense of emptiness.

Relationship difficulties (in couple, family, friendships, or work) or recurring painful patterns.

Loss of self-confidence or feeling disconnected from your inner resources.

A need for a space to express yourself freely, to be heard and supported in what you are going through.

Challenges related to addiction or dependency (alcohol, food, screens, etc.) and a desire to better understand your mechanisms and find emotional support. I am not a doctor or psychiatrist: my work does not replace medical treatment but can serve as complementary emotional and relational support.
Therapy can help you understand your emotions more deeply, transform your inner blockages, and reconnect with a more authentic and fulfilling relationship with yourself and others.
