My therapeutic approach
My approach is humanistic and integrative, grounded in my training in Person-Centered Therapy and Emotion-Focused Therapy.
I offer a space of deep sensitive listening, where each emotion has its place and can become a resource to better understanding one's self and to grow.
I do not position myself as the expert of you, but as a supportive companion in your own exploration of yourself. Together, we move at the pace that feels true to you, in a space of trust and respect, toward a sense of genuine and sustainable well-being.

I support individuals, couples, and parents in times of transition, within a gentle and respectful space.
My person-centered and emotion-focused approach is grounded in the belief that every emotion has value, and that each person carries within themselves the resources to grow and thrive.
I offer online sessions in French or English, and for new parents, the possibility of home visits during the post-partum period.
